At the perfect time of harvest the oval, red and shiny fruits burst with juicy, sweet and sour flavors. Cultivated in the sunny regions of southern Styria (Austria) the cherries are hand-picked when they have ripened to perfection. We carefully turn the cherries into mash for fermentation immediately at harvest.

After naturally fermenting we carefully distil the mash twice in our copper pot stills. The precious middle cut then matures in open glass balloons for a minimum of four years. While the brandy matures, it becomes smooth and soft as the strength and weight of the alcohol lessens. Our Morello cherry brandy bursts with fresh and fruity flavors and a fine touch of cinnamon and bitter almond.
