Williams Pear / Red Williams Pear
Williamsbirne / Rote Williamsbirne

At harvest time, the Williams pear is light-green to lemon-yellow with a red cheek on the side exposed to the sun. It is highly regarded for its smooth, juicy and flavorful taste.

Our Williams pear originates from the sunny regions of southern Styria (Austria), where our trusted farmers cultivate the traditional yellow and – in smaller quantities – the rare red variety. Only after the pears have ripened to perfection do we start harvesting them. That is when they burst with exquisite sweet aromatic flavors.

After naturally fermenting and having been double distilled, we mature the treasured middle cut in open glass balloons for a minimum of three years. The brandy then bursts with juicy and fruity pear flavors.
