Williams pear \u2013 black elderberry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cHollermandl\u201d\nis a traditional Tyrolean dish made from cooked black elderberries and sliced\npear, often served as an accompaniment to desserts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our \u201cHollermandl\u201d\nis a precious fruit brandy cuv\u00e9e of fine and fruity Williams pears and\nfull-flavored black elderberries. Cultivated in the sunny regions of western\nStyria and Lower Austria, the fruits are harvested only when fully ripe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After harvest, the\nfruits are fermented and distilled separately. Only then do we combine the\nprecious middle cuts according to a secret family recipe to create this unique\ncuv\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
