La griotte, une cerise acidul\u00e9e, est cultiv\u00e9e sous le\nsoleil de la Styrie occidentale sp\u00e9cialement pour notre distillerie. \u00c0\nmaturit\u00e9, les fruits rouge brillant et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ovales, se distinguent par\nleur chair juteuse, acidul\u00e9e et intens\u00e9ment parfum\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notre arboriculteur fournit un effort important lors de\nla r\u00e9colte, car les cerises sont d\u00e9licatement cueillies une \u00e0 une \u00e0 la main,\nmais pas avant d\u2019avoir atteint leur plein ar\u00f4me et le rapport sucre-acidit\u00e9\noptimal. C\u2019est pourquoi la r\u00e9colte s\u2019\u00e9tend souvent sur plusieurs semaines.\nC\u2019est ainsi que nous garantissons que seuls des fruits bien m\u00fbrs et tr\u00e8s\nparfum\u00e9s sont ferment\u00e9s et ensuite distill\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
