Der Inntaler

Quince – Williams pear – wild raspberry

“Der Inntaler” is a special composition of honeysweet quince, fruity Williams pear and delicate wild raspberry. Named after the home region of our distillery – the Inn valley – this distinguished trio is a harmonious cuvée full of exquisite fruit flavors.

The fruits are first fermented and distilled separately before the precious middle cuts are combined to create “Der Inntaler”. The exact share of each variety remains a well-kept family secret.

Before bottling, the brandy is left to age for several years to create a delicate, multi-layered cuvée combining the fruity aroma of the Williams pear, the complex flavors of the quince and a touch of wild raspberry.
