Orange

Our oranges grow under ideal conditions in Sicily – without any use of pesticides – until they reach perfect ripeness.

The resulting fruits are juicy and full of flavor, a perfect fusion of sweetness and acidity. Their peel contains many precious essential oils as well as fine bitter substances.

Picked and sorted by hand, the oranges are transported without delay to our distillery in Fritzens. Here we mash the whole fruit with its peel. This is essential in order to achieve the harmony of fresh fruit flavors and bitter zesty aromas which characterize the finished product.
